PRE-ORDERS
When products are out of stock, we may offer products for sale on pre-order. This means that delivery of the product will be deferred relative to the payment date.
Details of production and delivery times can be found directly on the product pages of the products concerned.
Due to external contingencies of an economic or health-related nature, these timeframes cannot always be guaranteed.
If these timeframes are delayed, we will inform you by email at the address you used to place your order. We invite you to check your spam folder so as not to miss this information.
RETURN & REFUND
You have a period of 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of your order to return your purchases to us if they are not suitable. Products are returned at your expense.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new and unused. To make a return, the customer must follow the procedure below:
- Notify us of the return by email at hello@onthewildsidecosmetics.com
- Prepare the parcel containing the products and the invoice, and indicate the products being returned. Please do not open or start using the product, so as to ensure a smooth credit note and to make our teams' work easier. The products must be protected so that they reach our premises in perfect condition.

The return of products is at the customer's expense and risk.
Products and gift sets must imperatively be returned to On The Wild Side in perfect resalable condition, in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions...), duly sealed and unopened.
Any product or gift set that is incomplete, worn, damaged, or partially used, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will be neither refunded nor exchanged.
Once your return has been processed and approved, we will refund your order.
