Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with Your order, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal. To do so, You must send your return or exchange request by email to hello@onthewildsidecosmetics.com, stating the order number and date, your last name and first name, delivery address, and the products concerned. On The Wild Side will inform you of the procedure to follow, and you will need to prepare the parcel containing the products and the invoice.
