B Corp is a demanding international certification based on the implementation of concrete actions aimed at transforming the global economy.
It was important for us to obtain B Corp certification due to its rigorous assessment process and international recognition.
What is B Corp?
Founded in 2006, B Corp certification brings together companies that meet high standards of social, environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
B Corp certification thus allows us to fulfill our desire to have a long-term positive impact on the economy and on society through concrete actions across five pillars: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, Customers.
The certification process
Step one: Complete an online questionnaire with over 200 questions to measure the impact of the company's actions and business model through several indicators.
Step two: Based on the questionnaire results, conduct an in-depth audit of the company to qualify for "Certified B Corporation" status.
Step three: Sign a declaration of interdependence and commit to actively supporting the development of a more inclusive, regenerative, and partnership-based economy.

The score we achieved is mainly based on two IBM criteria: Governance and Environment.
Governance - Protected Mission, which demonstrates On The Wild Side's overall commitment to the environment and transparency, with responsible manufacturing and production methods.
Environment - Toxin Reduction/Remediation, which highlights On The Wild Side's contribution to reducing toxins and pollution, with cosmetic products that are 100% natural in origin.
Obtaining this certification strengthens our mission: to have a positive impact every day by reinventing the way cosmetic products are designed and consumed.
