RETURN & REFUND

You have 14 (fourteen) days after receiving your order to return your purchases for a credit note if they are not suitable. Return of products will be at your expense.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original, new, unused condition. To make a return, the customer must follow the following procedure:

The return of products is the responsibility of the customer and is at their own risk.

Products and boxes must be returned to On The Wild Side in perfect condition for resale, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), duly sealed and unopened.

Any product or box that is incomplete, damaged, damaged, opened, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
