During stock shortages, we may offer pre-ordered products. This means that delivery of the product will be delayed from the payment date.

Details of production and delivery times are visible directly on the product sheets of the products concerned.

Due to external economic and health hazards, these deadlines cannot always be guaranteed.

If these deadlines are delayed, we will notify you by email to the email address you used to place your order. We encourage you to check your spam folder to avoid missing this information.

You have 14 (fourteen) days after receiving your order to return your purchases if they are not suitable. Return of the products will be at your expense.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original, new, unused condition. To make a return, the customer must follow the following procedure:

● Prepare the package containing the products, the invoice and indicate the returned products. Please do not open or start the product to ensure a credit without

The return of products is the responsibility of the customer and is at their own risk.

Products and boxes must be returned to On The Wild Side in perfect condition for resale, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), duly sealed and unopened.
