Naturopath, skin beauty expert and yoga teacher , Claire Andreewitch advocates a holistic and intuitive vision of beauty. Her credo: focus on inner well-being to bring out your outer “glow” . A philosophy that will be at the heart of her book “Reveal Your Glow” to be published on November 6.


She is an inspiring and generous woman for whom the secret to beauty is self-love and respect . She very kindly agreed to share her philosophy and her beauty and lifestyle advice with us.

What is your vision of beauty?

An energy essential to life ! We are dependent on beauty. But the notion of beauty and skin care is often linked to a plastic beauty, without substance, without depth... an "empty" and superficial beauty.

I think beauty is a part of life and it is infinitely important to us. Beauty is inspiring in a deeper sense than physical attraction, it is emotionally stimulating and enriching, we need it because it stimulates our innate pleasure and joy . It is biological, it is deep within us ;)
It's normal to want to take care of ourselves, our body and our skin: this can represent a set of kind gestures towards ourselves. As with everything, there is "our" balance to find! It's up to us, for example, to decide what place in our life we ​​want to give to the care of our skin . Taking care of it to keep it healthy and beautiful makes me happy and seems important to me, but taking care of it constantly and letting it become an obsession would be to fall into an unhealthy superficiality.
For me, beautifying yourself should rhyme with taking care of ; taking care of your skin but also of what surrounds us. Using natural products is important to me, because I know that I respect my body and the environment better, and it gives me more meaning to use clean products. That's what inside & out beauty is also; everything is linked :)
My short answer would be: Beauty is a fluctuating concept, linked to emotions, sensations and personal perceptions and our own truth .

How do you support women in their quest for well-being?

Through holistic coaching. We work with the pillars of wellness: nutrition/movement-rest/stress management. And since I specialize in skin health, I prepare a lot of skin protocols... but it's directly linked to the pillars of health - inside-out beauty is based on internal work and is optimized externally.
I also notice that my sessions are increasingly turning into life coaching ;)

What are the major causes of skin blemishes?


The accumulation of toxins, poor lifestyle and especially stress management.

Your nutritional advice for beautiful skin?


Eat as naturally as possible every day, vegetables and fruits at the center of the plate for maximum micronutrients, drink plenty of water and reduce coffee/wine/tobacco/industrial products, dairy products, refined sugar.

You're soon going to release your new book "Reveal Your Glow." Can you tell us a little more about it?


It's a book about inside & out beauty :) More specifically, I'm talking about "inner beauty and outer glow". It's a complete book about nutrition at all levels: diet of course, to explain how to eat best to boost your vitality and your skin, but also beneficial practices for the body and mind to truly radiate from the inside out.
At the end, I also offer a 3-week "glow" program to reveal your innate glow, with great recipes for the kitchen and bathroom.

Exactly, what's your secret to having a nice "glow"?

Stay passionate and loving :) Maintain consistency in my inner and outer beauty routines. Consistency is key....

What is your "wild side"? ;)


Haha the wild side stays in the secret garden...
I can say that I rarely say no to going on an adventure ;) And I am constantly challenging my fears and my comfort zone.
