For me, this encounter took place three years ago, when I crossed paths with William, a remarkable wild plant gatherer.

His gestures, his know-how, his connection to nature gave rise in me to the need to find meaning and reconnect with the living. From this encounter was born On The Wild Side.

So to thank him and introduce you to harvesting, I wanted to make this film with him.
