MY MORNING GESTURES
On fall mornings, I opt for an ultra-nourishing combo. I start with the Day Cream , rich but not greasy, whose powdery finish on the skin I love. For this formula, I wanted to add light natural pearls for an immediate glow effect. A must-have for illuminating my complexion, without the need for makeup.
I finish with 1 pump of the Eye Contour Balm for both eyes. I love this ultra-hydrating yet light cream-gel texture , which decongests, smooths and brightens the eye area.
MY EVENING ESSENTIAL
In the evening, I stick to the Care Oil . A magical oil, which I apply every night, all year round. I love its ultra-fine and dry texture , and its sweet almond and plum scent, a real moment of pleasure. It leaves the skin silky and plumped until I wake up. I take the opportunity to do a quick facial massage and a few acupressure gestures.
MY RITUAL FOR SLEEPING WELL
The change of seasons often causes my sleep to be disturbed. It is generally at this time that I opt for the Night Concentrate . For this 100% herbal remedy, I selected wild medicinal plants that my pharmacist mother used for her herbal teas. When I have time, I love to prepare a Moon Milk in which I add 2 pipettes of the night concentrate. If you are interested, here is the recipe below.

THE MOON MILK RECIPE
Ingredients :
• 200 ml of rice milk • 100 ml of coconut milk
• 1 pinch of powdered cardamom • 2 sprigs of fresh verbena
Preparation :
Heat the rice milk and coconut milk in a small saucepan and then remove from the heat. Add the fresh verbena and let it infuse for 5 to 6 minutes. Then add the honey and cardamom powder and mix the mixture well with a whisk. If necessary, you can also mix the drink to obtain a fine foam on top . Serve in a large mug, add a few drops of Night Concentrate. Sprinkle cardamom on top, mixed with a little honey before enjoying. A very sweet drink that will soothe you before going to sleep!
