What should I do if I want to modify or cancel my order?

Can I return a purchased item?
For the holiday season, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return the item. Return shipping is free. If you wish to return a product, send an email to hello@onthewildsidecosmetics.com so that our customer service can send you a return label. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Do loyalty program vouchers work on Christmas offers?
OTWS Club vouchers do not work on Christmas rituals as they are already offered at a reduced price.
