BIRCH SAP COLLECTION

To celebrate our 2nd anniversary, the entire OTWS team took part in a day of birch sap collection in the Céline forest, in Gironde.

A magical moment of reconnecting with nature, where we were able to admire the expertise of Céline and her husband, passionate and committed pickers. They know every tree; the forest is their home.
