Diet, skincare rituals, massage techniques, we wanted to share with you the essential steps to preserve your beautiful summer glow a little longer.
1. Favor foods that boost your complexion’s radiance
Step 1: Increase your consumption of fruits and vegetables, which actively contribute to the proper functioning of the skin's metabolism. Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals that are essential for maintaining skin's radiance.
Step 2: Focus on foods that improve skin radiance and tone, and slow down cell oxidation. These are foods rich in vitamin A (egg yolk for vegans, carrots, red peppers, etc.) and vitamin B1 (dried vegetables, brewer's yeast).
2. Adapt your skincare routine
The key is to deeply moisturize to maintain radiance and comfort, but also to gently exfoliate to avoid minor post-sun imperfections and dullness.
For cleansing, we recommend using a cleansing milk, balm, or oil that cleanses the skin without drying it out. Rich in high-quality plant oils and regenerating wild active ingredients (birch sap, beech bud), our cleansing oil removes makeup and impurities while respecting the skin.
For hydration, you can apply a few drops of treatment oil before applying your day cream . The oil acts as a barrier and helps maintain a better level of hydration throughout the day.
For exfoliation, choose gentle exfoliants with small grains. Enriched with rice powder and fruit acids, our exfoliating mask provides a very gentle double exfoliation for the skin.
3. Massage your face with oil
Massaging is an essential step in maintaining a glow. This action stimulates the elimination of cellular waste, promotes tissue oxygenation, and improves tissue tone. Here are some simple and effective daily steps:
Tap your neck to free the passage of lymph by applying light downward pressure and circular movements on the lymph nodes, which are located a little lower than the ears under the two outer corners of the jaw.
Smooth your face using upward movements, moving outwards.
Perform small tapping movements following the shape of your muscles to reactivate circulation and smooth outward furrows to manually draw the oval of the face with the palms of your hands.
