Entrepreneur, author, and mother, Céline Ruffet is a creative and committed woman who inspires us. With her brand of 100% natural infusions, L'Infuseur , and her first book, " Bring Infusions into Your Life ," published by Tana Éditions, Céline has reinvented the herbal tea experience, making it a truly poetic and fulfilling moment.

She generously agreed to tell us her story and share some recipes for refreshing, detox drinks to make at home.

How did your desire to create L'Infuseur come about?

As a little girl, I discovered herbal teas when I went on vacation to my grandmother's house in Annecy. Summer and winter, we would catch up over a cup of tea. Since then, the "infusion" moment has always been precious to me, right up to the point of creating L'infuseur.

What plants do you use most in your recipes?

I like to use several plants in my recipes to which I add bark, petals, dried fruits, spices...

Each blend is carefully considered and developed with attention to taste, colors, textures and smells.

The ideal time to “infuse”?

Brewing is a state of mind; there's no perfect time. I like the idea of brewing in summer and winter, morning and evening, hot or iced.

Women who inspire you?

Several years ago, I joined the Band of Sisters collective, a community of inspiring women. Committed female entrepreneurs like Frédérique Jules, a pioneer of gluten-free restaurants with NOGU, and Cécile Fricker Lehanneur, the founder of BOSS. Thanks to the entire team, I discovered the Maison des Femmes in Saint-Denis, which we all support. A place of welcome and care for women who are victims of abuse and sexual mutilation. A place created in 2012 by gynecologist Ghada Hatem, an activist and very inspiring woman.

Your latest crush?

I have loads!!! The Apéti restaurant on rue du cherche midi for its plant-based cuisine, Sylvie Lefranc's book on facial yoga, the children's workshop "Tell me about the film" at the Seydoux Foundation...

Your slow tips for disconnecting?

Playing Bata-Waf with my daughters and infusing ;-) The infuser is a true lifestyle choice. A meaningful return to naturalness, a breath of fresh air, a deliberate slowing down, a desire to escape the surrounding frenzy and reconnect with one's own rhythm.

What is your WILD SIDE ;)?

I love the energy of the night, there is something magical about it that attracts me.

Your favorite On The Wild Side product(s)?

I am very much in tune with the idea of committed, desirable, and beneficial cosmetics. These are values I defend with L'infuseur.

I'm a fan of the skincare oil I use in the evening before bed. It's delicate and nourishes my skin perfectly. I apply it to my face and décolleté. The sensation when I wake up is wonderful.
