Naturopath Aurélie Canzoneri shares her advice with you, based on your skin type.

Skin with imperfections

"Lemon is essential for the skin! It's the perfect partner for blemish-prone skin. It's very rich in vitamin C, which is essential for rebuilding collagen. It also helps purify the skin through its detoxifying action. I recommend diluting a few drops of lemon in a glass of water in the morning and drinking this mixture on an empty stomach. Don't use lemon essential oil or pre-squeezed juice, but the fruit itself!"

Lack of shine

"Red and orange fruits and vegetables (carrots, dried apricots, etc.) contain beta-carotene, which will give you a beautiful complexion! Dark green vegetables (spinach, broccoli, green cabbage, zucchini, watercress, etc.) also contain it, but they also contain lutein, which helps fight dull complexions and restores a natural glow to your skin!"

Dehydrated skin

"Drinking 1 to 1.5 liters of spring water per day is essential! There's nothing better for hydrating your skin. I therefore strongly recommend that you incorporate it into your daily routine and drink this amount throughout the day."

Lack of firmness

"Wheat germ oil and wheat germ flakes are very rich in vitamin E. This vitamin helps neutralize excess free radicals, fight oxidative stress and premature cellular aging, and therefore improve the condition of the skin, its suppleness, and its elasticity."

Irritations

"Omega 3, in animal form with sardines, herring, mackerel or in vegetable form with flax, camelina, hemp oils and chia seeds (see my recipe here if necessary: https://www.canzoneri-naturopathe.com/post/pudding-de-chia ) allows to deeply nourish irritated skin."
