Directions for use
Apply 3 to 4 pumps of Daily Shampoo in the palm of your hand, then apply to the top of the head, sides and nape of the neck.
Add a little water, massage into the scalp with circular movements and rinse thoroughly.
After each shampoo, apply Hair Care Mask to towel-dried hair, concentrating on the ends. Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

I have an oily scalp, but it's also very sensitive and prone to pain. Well, with the shampoo it's a disaster, the circular massages are very painful because of the cardboard effect of the shampoo when it's put in contact with water, and the effect is even worse when it's rinsed out. It tiiiiires my roots and it hurts like hell.... I put up with it for 2 months, thinking it would get better once the transition was over. Nope, not at all. I dread washing my hair because of it. The dry effect: well, the roots are clean but a little too flat against the scalp, which doesn't loosen my roots, so they remain sensitive and tingling until my hair is dry and I can loosen it by hand. As for the mask, well, the container isn't practical and lots of products get stuck in it. The product itself doesn't help detangle my very long hair, which makes the experience even harder to bear for my roots when brushing my hair (yes, very long curly hair means more knots in my sleep, so I need a real detangling mask). I've been using this product, my ends are breaking off all over the place, my ends are dry and extremely damaged, my hair is seriously lacking in moisture (which doesn't help the knots). None of the problems I've encountered with your products have happened to me with the other natural products I've been using. These are the first products I've been disappointed with from you. But here goes. I'm very sad and disappointed by the fact that it doesn't suit me at all, even though that's what your products promise.

I am disappointed by these products given the price (shampoo + mask), my hair is greasy, dirty effect after washing although I lather the shampoo as it should and I rinse everything well, I have never encountered this problem with other shampoos, care, I do not recommend these products.

As our shampoo formula is made up of 100% natural ingredients, there may be a transition period for the scalp and hair, especially if you're used to conventional products. It takes around three weeks for the scalp to rebalance and sebum production to regulate. Our hair care mask has a rich texture that nourishes and moisturizes hair, and may be too rich for your hair type. Daily conditioner would be more appropriate. Grande fan des autres produits OTWS (masque de jour, contour des yeux...) j'ai voulu tester le shampoing, l'après-shampoing et le masque. J'ai des cheveux bouclés que je soigne déjà très bien (produits cleans sans silicones pour cheveux texturés, masques ayurvédiques, etc) mais ces soins-là sont une révélation. J'ai retrouvé des cheveux pleins de santé, qui font de belles boucles et je trouve aussi qu'ils graissent moins vite. Cette marque est décidément une pépite <3
