The OTWS loyalty program only works on the website. To qualify, you must create an account and place at least one order. Purchases from our partners are not taken into account.

To join the OTWS Club, you must create a customer account and place at least one order.

Each euro spent on the site earns you 1 point. Bonus if you leave us a review and enter your birthday.

You can check your points by logging into your customer account. Your points can be exchanged for vouchers. Excluding low-cost rituals.

To benefit from your loyalty points and redeem them for a voucher, you must have a customer account. If you have placed an order without a customer account, here's how to redeem your points:

Yes, points are valid for one year.

Yes, we have credited you with a number of points based on your previous orders, up to a limit of 200 points. To benefit, simply log in to your customer account or create one with the e-mail address you used to place your orders.

If your order is cancelled or refunded, your points will automatically be cancelled.

Check that your purchase appears in the "Orders" tab of your customer area. If it does not appear, it is possible that you did not use the correct e-mail address when placing your order. Contact customer service at [email protected] to adjust your points.
