5.2 On The Wild Side delivers to all EU countries, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Norway, Switzerland, the USA, Canada, South America, Russia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and the Middle East. 

Delivery costs depend on the place and method of delivery chosen by You and are calculated on the total amount of the order. They will be indicated to You at the end of the order process before You confirm the order. 

After confirmation of the order and validation of the payment by On The Wild Side, the Products will be delivered according to the means chosen among those proposed during the ordering process.

5.3. We do our utmost to ensure that delivery takes place as quickly as possible, within 30 days at the latest. In the event of difficulties, we will keep You informed by e-mail. 

The delivery date is determined by the sum of the following elements: the successful receipt of your payment, the preparation of your order, the collection of the parcel(s) by the carrier and the delivery time of your parcel by the carrier according to the delivery method chosen by you on the Site.

5.4. When the parcel is dispatched, we send you the corresponding tracking number by e-mail. You can track your parcel from the moment it leaves our premises until it arrives, by entering its tracking number on the carrier's website.

5.5. Customs duties and other taxes due in the country of arrival are at Your expense and shall not engage the responsibility of On The Wild Side in the event of the Product being held in customs.

5.6. On receipt of the parcel, You must check the conformity of your order. 5.7. In the event of deterioration of the Product during transport, You must inform the carrier within three working days, not including public holidays, following the date of delivery of the Products. At the end of the verifications made by On The Wild Side, if the non-conformity of the Product is confirmed, You will have the choice, in accordance with article L217-9 of the French Consumer Code, between repairing or replacing the Product. However, On The Wild Side reserves the right not to proceed according to Your choice if this choice entails a cost manifestly disproportionate to the other method, given the value of the Product or the importance of the defect.

The performance by On The Wild Side of its obligations under this contract will be suspended in the event of Force Majeure for the duration of the Force Majeure, including in the event of disruption, flood, fire or strike of postal services and means of transport or communication. Accordingly, On The Wild Side shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from such events beyond its control.

9.2. When the suspension of the performance of On The Wild Side's obligations continues for a period exceeding ninety (90) days, You have the option to cancel the order in progress and On The Wild Side will then proceed with the reimbursement of the order.
