I wasn't expecting it

But it's here!
I'm ra.vie. My finances have taken a hit over the last few months and let's face it, OTWS products don't come cheap. So I was dreading the end of the shampoo bottle. So it was a nice surprise to see this refill containing the equivalent of 2 bottles. It's a great way to save money! I've tried lots of other natural shampoos, but every time it's been the same thing: dandruff, dull, greasy hair, and so on. This is the best shampoo I've ever had.
In terms of delivery, it almost broke through but it held up.
