ROSEHIP, THE SUPERSTAR PLANT

Fatigue, lack of radiance, imperfections? We have the remedy you need.

Rosehip is a wild plant packed with vitamin C, with incredible antioxidant properties.

In jam, herbal tea or as a dietary supplement, it can be used in 1000 ways.

MULTIPLE VIRTUES

Above all, rosehip is an excellent source of vitamin C.  It also provides B vitamins, betacarotene, other antioxidants (rutin) and minerals. In autumn, it's an essential plant for fighting colds and pharyngitis, and preventing respiratory illnesses.

Containing anti-inflammatories, it is also recommended for arthritis problems.

HOW TO USE IT IN THE KITCHEN?

Rosehip tea

The autumn essential. Arrange four fruits per cup and simmer for five minutes. If you haven't removed the core, you'll need to strain the tea through a paper filter to remove the hairs. To balance its slightly acid taste, we recommend combining it with thyme. A real treat!

Rosehip jam

A shot of vitamins. Allow 1.5 kg of rosehips: wash the fruit, cut off the small fly (black part) and then cut the fruit in half. Remove stinging seeds and hairs. Place the fruit in a saucepan and level the water. Bring to the boil for 20 minutes. Return them to the pan, from which you have previously emptied the water. Add 500 grams of sugar and the juice of one lemon. Blend. Cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
