MOON MILK, THE SOOTHING RECIPE

Angèle reveals her moon milk recipe with fresh verbena for a good night's sleep :
For one person
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
200ml rice milk
100ml coconut milk
1 pinch cardamom powder
2 sprigs fresh verbena
Optional :
1 teaspoon honey
Preparation:
1. Heat the rice milk and coconut milk in a small saucepan, then remove from the heat.
2. Add the fresh verbena and infuse for 5 to 6 minutes. Then add the honey and cardamom powder and whisk well to combine, if necessary. You can also blend the drink to obtain a fine mousse on top.
3. Serve in a large mug, adding a few drops of Night Concentrate. Sprinkle over cardamom on top, add a little honey before tasting. A a soft drink to soothe you before bedtime!
